Office – stand alone, strata, single storey or multi-storey high rise with tenants such as accountants, solicitors, engineers to large national companies
Resimercial – retail, office and residential in one building
Medical – doctors, dentist and allied professionals like psychologists, naturopaths
Industrial – light, heavy manufacturing, factories
Warehouse – small, bulk, storage sheds
Hospitality, Hotel and Leisure – hotels, motels, caravan parks, restaurants, bowling alleys, gyms

These properties may be in the CBD of cities, in suburbs or in regional towns.
Hotel, Leisure and Special Purpose commercial property normally require a higher loan to value ratio (LVR) and are more suited to experienced investors.
